This week we have another women-only session as part of the 2013 Spring Novice Program: skills on the astroturf at the AIS. The session will be led by Bec Doolan with assistance from Simon Dwyer. Again, any women who feels they might benefit from the session are welcome.
This session will be about challenging basics – we’ll be doing some cones drills, slow speed balance, on the bike games, a little bit of pushing and body contact, perhaps even some bunny hopping. All basic things, but with the safety net of the astroturf we’re aiming to take your handling skills to the next level.
As places are limited, so please RSVP to Simon to confirm (coach@vikingscycling.org.au).
