The Vikings Cycling Club Committee invites you to attend the
Annual General Meeting
6:40pm Thursday 5 November 2015
at Stromlo Forest Park (during the SuperCrits, between the D/E and A/B/C races)
The agenda for the AGM will include:
1. Welcome and opening comments from the President
2. Acceptance of 2014 AGM minutes
3. Presentation of club financial accounts
4. President and Treasurer reports
5. Election of Committee Members for 2016
All committee roles will be declared vacant at the AGM
The committee structure is currently:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Membership Officer
- Race Secretary
- Race Assistant
- Club Handicapper
- Coaching Coordinator
- Clothing Officer
- Club Captain*
- Publicity Officer
- General Member

Nominations for committee positions are welcomed from club members. Nominations need to be in writing and can be presented to any current committee member prior to the AGM commencing. Alternatively, a nomination form on can be printed, scanned and emailed to: secretary@vikingscycling.org.au.
* Club Captain is an appointed position
